Grow The Good

BACKGROUND

In 2008, in commemoration of our 25th anniversary of giving back to the communities in which we live, Campbell Global created "Grow the Good" as a way of continuing the spirit of giving on which the company was founded.

Annually, every Campbell Global office is given a designated amount of "seed money." The goal is to grow the seed money and use it in innovative and ingenious ways to improve the lives of people in their respective communities.

Oppdatering: New Hot Tub for Winter 2015

 

Hovedhuset:

Ligger like utenfor Tahoe City, og ett kvartal fra Lake Tahoe, har dette gamle Tahoe hytte alt du trenger for å unnslippe byliv uten roughing. Hovedhuset har kjøkken, stue / spisestue, vaskerom, ett stort soverom og to bad. Den er innredet med Old Hickory, skikk og vintage møbler. Soverommet har en sittegruppe med en antikk stil gasspeis. I tillegg to separate gjestehytter (beskrevet nedenfor) hver har et ekstra soverom og bad. En flott beliggenhet for de svigerfamilie (ikke fortelle dem at vi sa dette), eller et annet par av barna! (Hotellet har totalt tre soverom for totalt innkvartering av sju gjester).

dette 1930 hjem bygget av lokal stein og innfødte Vrifuru, og har trådløst internett, en ny 5-person badestamp, perioden inventar, komfortable møbler, en peis, logg konstruksjon, og massevis av sjarm. Den kompakte Kjøkkenet er moderne og har en Bosch oppvaskmaskin og dual-fuel konveksjon ovn / rekkevidde.

Boligen ligger på en tredjedel av en acre og eiendommen kobles til den dedikerte sykkel og fotgjenger sti passerer gjennom Lake Tahoe, Sunnyside, Homewood, Tahoe City og Truckee. (Ta med sykler sammen)

Av hovedhuset er en stein uteplass med plantasje-vokst Teak møbler og en terrassevarmeren. Dette er et flott sted å BBQ, spise middag, nyte drinker eller bare slappe av under markedet paraply på en solfylt ettermiddag. Noen få skritt unna ligger vår badestamp ligger under en overbygd terrasse. Det er en tredje dekk med Teak møbler arrangert for friluftsinteresserte. (dekk møbler for våren, sommeren og høsten)

Det er en rekke ting du kan gjøre innen gang, sykling eller skigåing avstand fra hjemmet vårt!

The Guest House:

Dette er en fin komfortabel plass til to ekstra gjester. Denne hytta har et soverom med en queen size-seng. Den har et komplett bad og garderobe. Det er perfekt for en andre par eller en bestefar som snorker. Det er ferdig i Knotty furu og den har en Old Hickory bord og stoler for å skrive eller lese, en TV med DVD og kabel, og en telefon.

Naust:

The Boat House er et ekstra lite ett soverom, ett bad gjest kvartaler ved siden av boblebadet. Den har et sett med køyesenger for eldre barn eller hvem ønsker sin egen plass. The Boat House ligger bare noen få fot fra hovedhuset.

Et notat på historie og arkitektur av vårt hjem:

For mange år siden lokalbefolkningen referert til vårt hjem som Casa Chica, eller på spansk dialekt, "lille hjem" Casa Chica har mange av de moderne fasiliteter du har kommet til å forvente uten at det går den klassiske sjarmen til en gammel Tahoe stil hytta. Hovedhuset beholder de fleste av de opprinnelige delt-lys Casement vinduer og nederlandske dører. Loggen bygging, vil Knotty furu vegger og vintage Mission og Old Hickory møbler minne deg om en forgangen tid. Det er flere originale gamle Tahoe hytter på gaten vår, og innstillingen er fredelig med vakre høye trær.
