Donna Panzarella

Buyer Rating:

I have known Donna for a long time and it really wasn't even a question on who we would work with to purchase our first home. I am very please with Donna and our experience.

Donna is extremely knowledgeable and was always available to answer any questions. She is hard working, personable, and made the transaction seamless.

A wonderful experience and would recommend Donna to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. - Melissa - Rockville, Md October 2017

Sherine Monir

Buyer Rating:

Sherine was a delight to work with. She was available and patient. Her working knowledge and attention to detail made the process painless and we felt confident in our decision to purchase. - Giana Morini, Ashburn October 2017

Christopher Sanders

Buyer Rating:

My wife and I were not the easiest clients. We came in with only general ideas of what we were looking for ? and where we wanted to find it. But Chris was incredibly patient with us. We never felt the sighted hint of pressure or urgency on his part. And despite being one of the busier agents in the DC / VA / MD area, Chris was almost always willing and able to accommodate our schedule ? including on weekends and often with short notice. Chris is also super knowledgeable about both the market and the home-buying process. He was as much a teacher and counselor as an agent. Last (and not least), Chris is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He was a pleasure to work with ? and was great with our kids, too. We found a home we truly love, and we're so thankful to Chris for helping us find it! - Stephen & Kelly Barry ? September 2017

Jonathan Eng

Leah Friedman

Seller Rating:

Leah was fantastic! We plan to use her services for any future DC real estate needs and would highly recommend her to friends and family looking for an agent.

Leah understood our needs very well and was always acting in our best interest. She gained our trust from day one and continued to work hard to get us the best deal. Our sale exceeded our expectations and we credit Leah with being the strategic mind behind it. - Naissan H, Washington Dc September 2017

Rob Carter

Seller Rating:

Rob worked very hard to make the successful sale in a "low ownership" building which is very tough especially in DC where this is a very uncommon situation and where all the other apartments are brand new. he was on top of all the details and worked closely with buyers agents as well as the buyers lenders. I would highly recommend working with Rob. - James, Nyc September 2017

Kim Vilov

Seller Rating:

Kim Vilov worked hard to sell apartment from holding open houses and following up on leads, There was no passivity or sense that she was just sitting back and hoped that it sold.

Kim Vilov staged apartment in an eye-catching way that was not like every other apartment at the same price.

Kim Vilov is knowledgeable about the area, pays attention to details, has professional sense of marketing. She staged and priced apartment so that it would sell quickly. Her predictions about the sale of other units in zip code were stunningly accurate. - Julie Corwin, Washington August 2017

Andrea Paro

Seller Rating:

We can't imagine Andrea Paro ever meeting a stranger. She is one of the most immediately likeable, kind and engaging realtors we've encountered. Andrea is a dedicated, trustworthy and consummate professional who communicates well and in a timely manner. She exceeded our expectations and we'd definitely utilize her services again. - John Touchton/roccie Sos August 2017

Kevin Tsan

Buyer Rating:

Kevin Tsan really went over the top in assisting me in my purchase. I live in NY and bought the apartment sight unseen, so he did a lot of extras to assist me. He was especially helpful in negotiating the price and looking after my interests.

Kevin is very polite and easy to get along with. He lined me up with a great mortgage company, that also work diligently to make everything come together.

The sellers were missing keys and remotes and Kevin went out of his way, and probably took money out of his pocket to make sure I got these at closing. I highly recommend him. - Kelly - Alexandria, Va July 2017

The Morris Portlance Team

Buyer Rating:

Jason was great. He was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend him to other buyers. - Faye, Washington Dc July 2017

Mary Illes

Buyer Rating:

Mary did a great job helping us find and buy our first home! She is very patient and flexible, very easy to work with! We would definitely recommend having Mary as your real estate agent! - A, Washington Dc July 2017

Jose Semorile

Seller Rating:

Jose Semorile is the most honest, hard working agent I have worked with. He went above & beyond the call of duty so many times in taking care of my VA property since I lived in FL, getting it sold at a price higher than any other agent was telling me, and saving the deal when the buyer almost defaulted. I cannot recommend this agent enough! - Lewis Farsedakis - Boca July 2017

Robert Gregorio

Seller Rating:

We enlisted Bob Gregorio to sell our home in Washington, DC. We have been in the position of buying and selling properties several times before, and we were very impressed with Bob Gregorio's skills in navigating the listing process in a highly competitive housing market. Bob had a keen eye for staging our home to show it in the best light possible and personally supervised the listing photo shoot. The brochure he produced was very professional and impressive and we received positive feedback on it from others.

With such good marketing materials and photos which Bob used for advertising our listing, we were able to attract several potential buyers and received an offer within a couple of weeks of going on the market. He managed the contract process very well and kept us informed every step of the way. He ensured buyer contingencies in the contract were removed in a timely fashion. He managed the timeline of events well and brought our property to a successful sale within the time frames specified in the contract.

Bob is very trustworthy and advocated for us in the negotiations process. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone looking for a competent and personable realtor. - Bill And Tom, Washington June 2017

Bob Hukill

Buyer Rating:

Bob was everything you could want from a realtor, especially as a first time buyer. He had excellent knowledge of the local market, had great recommendations for inspection and other services, and clearly has decades of experience in real estate. He patiently explained the many, many steps of buying a house to us, and guided us through the process every step of the way in a very approachable, available and patient manner. I will happily recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to buy a house. - Owen Scott, Silver Sprin June 2017

M. Cameron Shosh

Buyer Rating:

As first-time home buyers, we were initially considering going with an agent from USAA (cash back at closing was an incentive), however, our friends who had worked with Cameron to buy their house set us straight by reminding us how important it is to work with an experienced agent. The agent we met from USAA was very young, a novice. We never could have felt secure and confident using someone like that on the biggest purchase of our lives (so far).

We wrote four offers, total, with Cameron (our fourth was accepted!), and he was completely on top of the situation in all four cases. He has extensive knowledge of seemingly all of DC's neighborhoods, and also had plenty of wisdom to pass along regarding the many older homes we looked at-- he shared tips for refinishing floors, assessing appliances, HVAC advice, how to renovate sleeping porches... We felt like we were armed with a wealth of information thanks to Cameron's help.

After a few weekends of looking at houses with Cameron, it came up in conversation that he has a background in the hospitality industry-- and it shows! He was unfailingly upbeat, helpful, and encouraging throughout what was at times a frustrating rollercoaster ride of emotion for us (as various offers were turned down, "dream" houses lost, etc). Cameron's personality is perfectly suited to this line of work, he excels at communicating and frankly, when you're spending every weekend with your agent, you want someone who is pleasant to be around!

Again as first-time home buyers we don't have another buying experience to compare this to, but we had a great experience with Cameron. He took care to explain every step of the process to us and never seemed frustrated with our lack of knowledge on the subject. We ended up with a great home in a neighborhood we thought we could never afford to buy in, and we know we couldn't have gotten this place without Cameron's guidance and hard work. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in DC. - Julie Hill & Kris Juric, May 2017

Leslie Griffith

Buyer Rating:

Leslie was wonderful to have on our side throughout our home buying process! She immediately took the time to get to know us. She helped us close on a house that we had previously been renting. She went out of her way to make sure we felt supported and that we understood the process and next steps. She always heard us out and validadated our frustrations, while simultaneously keeping us calm and not letting us give up even when we felt defeated. I highly recommend Leslie to anyone looking to purchase a new home! - Kally, Vin And Elaina- 7 March 2017

Judy Glazer

Buyer Rating:

Judy Glazer helped Shane and I find the house of our dreams! There were rough patches with the listing agent, but Judy made those difficult issues seem as effortless as possible. I could truly sit here all day and spew nothing but SUPER AWESOME GOOD thoughts about her all day. We are super happy and so thankful that she chose us as her clients. I do not know how I could ever thank her enough. THANK YOU JUDY FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR US! Cannot wait to show you the new digs when all our remodeling escapades are through! - Kristan - Jessup Md March 2017

Wendy Castillo

Buyer Rating:

She is bilingual for which made the process more clear for my boyfriend and I. She was very patient during the home purchase, we looked so many options for which she always was there to guide us. - Eneida October 2016
